As Arcadia Evolutions General Store Manager, you will manage the operational and fiscal activities of the store, plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the store, supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, and be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees.

~ You will conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.

~ You will coach and provide career development advice to staff.

~ You will establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.

~ You will be responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

~ You will analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

~ You will coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.

~ You will be responsible for all general store activities as directed by the executive board and with respect to Arcadia Evolutions mission, goals, and philosophy.

~ You will communicate and coordinate with Supervisors and General Staff Members on operations as directed by executive board.

~ You will be expected to know and perform duties of General Supervising Manager as well as General Staff Member.
